Celebration of Children's Day at SSGA, TPKM.

Children are the most precious treasure in a school . SSGA TPKM, celebrated Children's Day- 2023 on 14th November with great festive fervour.

All the children who had put on their choicest dresses, were given a warm welcome at the entrance gate by few teachers who had disguised themselves as cartoon characters. Floral tribute was offered to Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, who loved children very much. Senior Principal, Mrs J. Kalaivani, gave a speech highlighting about the rights of children. Magic show was organized for children which they enjoyed to the fullest. Then a special cultural programme comprising skit, songs, dances, etc was organized by team of teachers. Students and teachers participated in the interactive games like Antakshari, damsharadz etc. These games were thoroughly enjoyed and played with true sportsman spirit. Few competitions like 'Sit and draw' , 'Best out of Waste', were held in which the students participated enthusiastically. The children were handed over gifts before leaving.
